Take a look at this video and let me know what you think people. I really
like what The Killers have been doing.

Signed to 90’s rapper, Kwame Holland’s independent record label, Make Noise – Beyond Belief, a twenty something rapper from Rockaway Queens has been generating a buzz all over the blogsphere! His first single, Don’t Touch dropped in early Spring of this year and even has a video on YouTube and since then Beyond Belief has been on the grind to complete his debut album – due out this fall. He has a show coming up next Monday, August 25th at the Time Square Arts Center. Listen, if you’ve heard this dude spit before, then you already know you don’t want to miss this show! He’s been featured on remixes for Jordin Sparks and Jesse McCartney as well as doing freestyles of his own over Lil’ Wayne beats (which you can listen to at http://www.zshare.net/audio/17058673437af032/). If you’re in the Time Square area next Monday and looking to check out new, independent talent – definitely check this guy out. His lyrical flow, content and style is all beyond belief!

The Bushwick Film Festival is extremely happy to be in it’s second year! Last year, not only did we have a staggering amount of people that came out for the event, but we also had a great response and excellent online feedback. This year as we evolve with the inclusion of art shows and alternative performances, we are certain that the festival will be even better!
Last month we curated an art show entitled “I’m Still Here” where 27 new artist exhibited pieces that ranged from photography to installation works. Our next event will take place on Saturday, August 9th w/ Junto Gallery on the Rooftop of 345 Eldert Artist Lofts. The event is FREE and will feature local musicians ranging from a Japanese flute player and an opera singer to a punk band. The roof will be a host to performance artists, interactive art, djs, dance, etc…And not to mention, there will be BEER and a BBQ!!!
